Every new business is going to need a website. At point of startup, the last thing you need to do is hire an expensive web design company, you simply don't need them. Google Blogger
Free hosting, super simple to use, up to 10 pages, loads of easy features. You'll have your basic website up and running in minutes.
Wordpress
A little more complex to use but also fantastic
